The S&amp;P 500 is up 20% so far this year and trading near record highs, despite recent volatility generated by heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Oil Prices Rise<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oil prices rose again on Monday, adding to last week&#8217;s strong gains, as traders monitor continued tensions in the Middle East. Oil prices last week recorded their biggest weekly gain in nearly a year amid the growing threat of a regional war in the Middle East.
